Job Description

Client Engagement Specialist

At Dow Jones, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all renewal aspects of our relationships with a defined set of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a retention strategy for assigned strategic accounts
  • Provide regular reports to management highlighting high-risk renewal accounts and strategies to turn them around
  • Ensure customer training and product utilization by working with the Product Training Specialist team and monitoring internal reports
  • Oversee the renewal lifecycle, from pricing and contracting to invoicing and client support
  • Support new sales into existing accounts to maximize customer return on investment
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' businesses, industries, and needs
  • Identify opportunities for increased revenue within assigned accounts and work with the sales team to follow through on these opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our systems
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer engagement or sales
  • Proficient in German and English
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
