Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist Senior Associate to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our Collateral Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of onboarding new or changing business for our Collateral Services
  • Guide clients and other involved parties through the onboarding process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify and resolve issues
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert to change processes and internal projects
  • Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives
Requirements
  • Strong sense of quality and commitment to client service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field or comparable experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in collateral management or client services
