Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Logistics Manager to join our team at KBR. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to management personnel and staff involved in providing support to programs involved with Supply, Property, Transportation, and Disposal, Morale/Welfare and other Logistical support areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational oversight to ensure work is accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Develop and implement performance standards and internal controls
  • Define training requirements, develop employee skills, and promote continuous improvement
  • Coordinate activities involving the customer, other organizations, and/or company leadership

Requirements

Typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and 10-15 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a management capacity. We support career advancement through professional training and development.
