About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter im Versicherungsbereich to join our team at Jung, DMS & Cie. AG in Troisdorf.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage insurance applications from initial submission to policy issuance
  • Accurately record and update customer and contract data in our CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our network of advisors and financial institutions
  • Efficiently handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues via email and other correspondence
Requirements
  • Relevant education and training in a related field, such as business administration or finance
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
