As a Care Specialist for Neck Stoma Patients, you will be part of a team that provides personalized care and innovative solutions to individuals living with a neck stoma. Our company, Coloplast, is a global leader in laryngectomy care and tracheostomy products, and we are passionate about making life easier for our customers.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and support to patients and their families on laryngectomy and tracheostomy care
- Conduct comprehensive product training and education for healthcare professionals and patients
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients in their homes and communities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including logopeds and physicians, to promote our products and services
- Participate in patient advocacy and support groups to promote our brand and products
- State-recognized training as a healthcare professional, such as a nurse, caregiver, or logoped
- Experience in the HNO or intensive care sector is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
