What We Offer
  • We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to lead our sales team and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

  • As a sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and driving sales performance through effective coaching and mentoring.

  • You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

  • As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our company's sales strategy, and provide input on sales-related initiatives and projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.

  • Sales Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and develop solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
