Job Title: Global HR Business Partner for Products

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Business Partner to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and supporting the growth and development of our global products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice and support to the Global Product Head on HR matters that impact the organization's long-term success.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and support the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement global talent strategies, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Identify opportunities for organizational growth and effectiveness and drive initiatives to achieve these goals.
  • Assist in managing organizational change and transformation efforts, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Handle complex global HR issues, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Utilize HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and enhance workforce performance.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with international labor laws and regulations.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
Requirements:
  • Business economist with several years of professional experience in the HR department of an international company.
  • Experience in a comparable company in the fields of employee support, recruiting, and personnel and organizational development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the respective products and their HR requirements.
  • Sound specialist knowledge of labor law, works constitution, social security, and contract law.
  • Experience in the implementation of HR projects.
  • Confident demeanor and strong communication skills, as well as strong intercultural experience and skills.
  • Proactivity and a hands-on mentality.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
