Digital Hub Delivery Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Hub Delivery Manager to lead our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 15 to 20 direct reports with diverse technical skills, all dedicated to supporting internal partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of direct reports with diverse technical skills.
  • Align new requirements with team capacity, set targets, and regularly assess performance through continuous feedback.
  • Oversee the communication, planning, and maintenance of multiple digital products, initiatives, and technical platforms.
  • Work closely with the Head of IT Solution and Data delivery colleagues to guide, communicate, and align on common timelines and goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal partners in the Agricultural Solutions divisions and other BASF units.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed diploma or master's degree in IT and/or in Business Informatics.
  • Initial professional experience as well as initial experience in employee management preferable.
  • Experience in agriculture is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German.
