Technical Support Specialist for German Language

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Greece. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our German-speaking customers.
Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries about product specifications via phone, chat, and email
- Provide troubleshooting for various technical issues
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Perform data entry
- Excellent communication skills in German (near native level)
- Good command of English (B2+)
- Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
- Advanced internet research skills
- Hardware and software medium to advanced knowledge
- Prior experience in technical support will be considered as an advantage
