Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our European team of regional sales managers in their day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain sales metrics, including revenue, forecast, sales funnel, and performance vs. targets
- Support the sales team in order processing, including quote creation, data entry, and paperwork management
- Organize trade shows, conferences, and other events in the region, in collaboration with the corporate marketing team
- Provide administrative support to the regional management team, as needed
- Assist in logistics, spare parts, and service business processing, as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Highly driven, self-sufficient, and well-organized individual with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerBI, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
- Fluent in English, with good language skills in German and/or French
