We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team at Nesto Software GmbH. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures
Requirements
