Key Responsibilities:
- Coach your team to deliver exceptional customer-first sales experiences and showcase our platform to restaurateurs.
- Develop and implement efficient prospecting, walk-in, and live demo strategies to drive interest in our platform.
- Utilize Salesforce to analyze conversion rates, forecasting, and other key metrics to inform sales decisions.
- Grow your territory by expanding our customer base and building a high-performing field sales team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer success.
What You Need:
- Proven experience in hiring, leading, and coaching sales teams.
- Management of full-cycle sales teams from prospecting to closing.
- Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
- A passion for being in the field with your team and driving sales growth.
