Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital solutions to drive customer experience, growth, and efficiency
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive business innovation and growth
- Collaborate with our brands and sales regions to drive sales excellence and technology innovation
- Lead a diverse team of highly skilled and motivated team members
- Proven experience as a director or head of sales and marketing innovation
- Strong knowledge of digitalization technologies and methods
- Comprehensive understanding of customer experience management and end-to-end marketing and sales processes
- Project management experience in managing initiatives and monitoring progress
