About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to support our Office of the CTO in various business development and IT-related tasks. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating our day-to-day business and contributing to our strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of tasks and projects within the CTO Office team
- Assist in setting up project teams and participating in projects that involve collaboration with other offices and business units
- Manage internal and external correspondence, including email and phone communications
- Engage with internal taskforces to collect regular updates on key initiatives and provide feedback
- Support alignment on strategic topics with other business units, offices, and stakeholders
- Coordinate internal requests and support with efficient expert involvement
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed by the team
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences
- Studying in fields such as Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, Management, or similar
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
- Background in IT is beneficial
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting, Concur, etc. is a plus
- Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery
- Fluent in German and English, written as well as spoken
