Aufgaben
  • Entwickeln Sie Designkonzepte auf der Grundlage von Kundenanforderungen und Nutzernoten durch alle Phasen eines Projekts: Forschung, Konzeptentwicklung, Designverbesserung und CAD-Implementierung,
  • Erstellen Sie 2D- und 3D-Visualisierungen, illustrieren Sie Workflow-Szenarien, Konzept-Mock-ups, Farb- und Materialangaben,
  • Planen und leiten Sie Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung,
  • Managen Sie die Kommunikation mit den Kunden, nehmen Sie an Meetings, Workshops und Präsentationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden teil,
  • Arbeiten Sie an einer breiten Palette von Produkten von professionellen Elektronikgeräten, medizinischen Geräten und Spielzeug.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Industrial Design,
  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position,
  • Mechanische Fähigkeiten,
  • Kenntnisse in CAD-Software CREO, Photoshop und/oder Sketchbook und Keyshot,
  • Exzellente berufliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (gesprochen und geschrieben) (Deutsch und Englisch)
  • Fließendes Deutsch ist für diese Position verpflichtend,
  • Ausgezeichnete visuelle Designfähigkeiten, um faszinierende Konzepte, Skizzen, detaillierte 3D-Modelle und beeindruckende Visualisierungen zu erstellen,
  • Starker Kenntnisstand über industrielle Designprozesse, Materialien und Fertigungstechnologien,
  • Solides Projektmanagement-Erfahrung auf einem mittleren Niveau mit Schwerpunkt auf ID von der Forschung, Konzeptentwicklung, kreativen Workshops bis hin zur Markteinführung,
  • Erfahrung und Fähigkeiten, um Projekt- und Kommunikationsziele mit Kunden zu kommunizieren, während man gleichzeitig Qualität, Zeit und Budget für mehrere Projekte bewältigen kann,
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Exzellente Präsentationsfähigkeiten mit PowerPoint.
