We are currently seeking a motivated Senior Industrial Designer to enhance our team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop design concepts based on client specifications and user requirements throughout all project phases: research, concept development, design refinement, and CAD implementation.
  • Create 2D and 3D visualizations, illustrate workflow scenarios, and specify colors and materials.
  • Plan and oversee projects in partnership with management.
  • Manage client communications, participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations in close collaboration with clients.
  • Work on a diverse range of products, including professional electronics, medical devices, and toys.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Industrial Design.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as CREO, Photoshop, and/or Sketchbook and Keyshot.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Fluency in German is essential for this position.
  • Outstanding visual design abilities to produce compelling concepts, sketches, detailed 3D models, and impressive renderings.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial design processes, materials, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Solid project management experience at an intermediate level, focusing on industrial design from research and concept creation to market launch.
  • Ability to communicate project and communication objectives with clients while balancing quality, time, and budget across multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills, along with excellent presentation capabilities using PowerPoint.
