Sales and Client Solutions Expert

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Account Manager – Existing Business Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in client-facing roles and possess excellent consultative selling skills.
As a Sales and Client Solutions Expert, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross-Selling and Revenue Growth
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to help clients protect and grow their digital presence.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure they are fully leveraging our solutions for domain management, brand protection, and online security.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets for existing business.
2. Client Retention and Digital Strategy Consulting
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to help clients improve their digital brand and security strategies.
• Proactively address client challenges and provide innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or consulting, ideally within digital branding, domain management, or online security.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in client-facing roles.
• In-depth knowledge of digital brand management, online security, and industry trends is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at building long-term client relationships.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is €75,000 - €95,000, depending on experience.
