At Siemens AG, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our grid simulation software business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and coordinate complex software proposals for global sales organizations
  • Process orders and deliver licenses for grid simulation software
  • Support global sales regions through regular communication and coordination
  • Maintain customer data and identify opportunities for improvement in data management
  • Develop and implement digital sales processes, focusing on workflow automation, CPQ, and e-commerce
  • Work on the development and standardization of terms and conditions
  • Conceptually contribute to topics related to the Xcelerator Marketplace
  • Manage area-specific key figures and create reports and analyses
Requirements:
  • University degree in business administration, finance, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in sales operations/internal sales or sales finance in international software sales
  • Good knowledge of terms and conditions and license agreements
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Salesforce
  • Experience in creating reports and analyses
  • Significant IT project experience, ideally in digitalization in sales, subscription management, and/or e-commerce
  • Interest in strategic and conceptual topics in digital selling and an agile working environment
  • Independent, proactive, and structured way of working, strong communication skills in German and English, and intercultural competence
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to new tasks, solutions, and customer needs
