Territory Manager

Wir suchen einen Territory Manager (w/m/d) für das Gebiet Oldenburg/Bremen. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie für das Wachstum und den Ausbau des Direktgeschäfts und die Optimierung der Profitabilität in Ihrer Region verantwortlich.
Aufgaben- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Gebietes in Zusammenarbeit mit bestehenden und potentiellen Neukunden
- Gestaltung eines komplexen Multi-Stakeholder-Vertriebsansatzes
- Verantwortung für regionale Großkunden
- Anforderungsentwicklung und Implementierung neuer Tests oder Systeme
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Applikationsspezialisten und dem Marketing
- Aufbau und Pflege eines eigenen regionalen Referenzkundennetzwerkes
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-, Master- oder Doktoratsstudium in Mikrobiologie, Molekularbiologie, Virologie oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Mehr als 3 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, vorzugsweise im Krankenhausgeschäft
- Erfahrung in der Neukundenakquise und Bedarfsermittlung
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
- Reisetätigkeit 50-75% (überwiegend im eigenen Gebiet mit weniger als 2 Stunden einfacher Fahrt)
