Job Title: Enterprise Relationship Manager NYC

IGEL Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Relationship Manager to join our team in NYC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing large Financial Services accounts, developing C-level relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the IGEL value proposition to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our solution and individual products.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Use forecasting and pipeline management to drive sales growth and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and utilize professional account management and follow-up procedures using our Microsoft CRM application.
  • Attend local marketing events and become the primary contact person within Financial Services enterprise accounts.
  • Develop a sustained pipeline of accounts through active prospecting, networking, and personal relationships.
  • Present territory plan reviews, weekly forecasting reviews, and quarterly sales reviews to the executive team.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in the field selling software or hardware to US Financial/Enterprise customers.
  • Strong track record of penetrating and closing new accounts, planning and managing territory resources, and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Proven history of sales overachievement, with a demonstrated rolodex of multiple levels of contacts in Financial Service accounts.
  • Excellent organization and collaboration skills, with a passion for developing world-class best practices.
  • Ability to follow through and meet deadlines, with a strong balance of strategic and tactical skills.
