SAP Application Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Application Manager to join our Innovation Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business processes and operational workflows in all areas of the company.
Key Responsibilities- Optimise, automate, customise and implement complex business applications and interfaces/ELT processes in the main focus of the ERP system.
- Evaluate and compare technical solutions to continuously improve and optimise applications.
- Participate in international projects, working closely with business departments and IT business designers to drive innovative solutions.
- Develop strategies and roadmaps in application lifecycle management with team colleagues and specialist departments.
- Contribute to a comprehensive induction programme with continuous feedback and supportive professional leadership to promote development and success.
- Professional experience as an internal SAP consultant with initial experience in managing external service providers.
- Sound knowledge of at least two SAP modules.
- Ability to analyse and model business processes, design and implement interfaces between standard applications.
- Analytical thinking, ability to grasp things quickly, high degree of independence and initiative.
- Ability to actively listen and adapt communication to different target groups, convey complex technical concepts simply and precisely.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements, keep track of resources to achieve clearly defined goals.
- Business fluent in English, speak/understand German at least on a B1 Level.
