SAP Internship Opportunity

Join SAP as an intern and contribute to the success of our Data Space in Berlin. As a project and business operations support intern, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement new processes, create powerful presentations, and manage calendars and emails. You will also have the opportunity to work on meaningful innovative projects and learn from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Support with general project structures, such as preparing workshops, providing status reports, and creating templates.
  • Support with the design, rollout, and implementation of new processes.
  • Plan, prepare, execute, and follow up on strategic meetings, workshops, and events with key internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Create powerful PowerPoint presentations for top managers that communicate innovation topics.
  • Monitor items such as purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, and inventory.
  • Manage calendars, emails, and correspondences (internal/external).
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow-up.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology, Operations Management, Management, Event Management, Project Management, or similar.
  • Computer skills: MS Office 365, CRM, VMS.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, project management tools, or project management certification is a plus.
  • Language skills: English and German proficiency required.
  • Highly flexible, able to work and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and in an interdisciplinary team.
  • Excellent execution skills, with a positive, reliable, and encouraging manner.
