About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to lead our cloud services development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade cloud services that leverage various tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable cloud services that process large volumes of complex commercial business scenarios.
  • Lead teams to execute product visions and represent the work of your teams to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage customer expectations via product support, ensuring high standards in incident processing, quality of interactions, and fixes that are delivered.
  • Provide functional and architectural guidance to the team and maintain a hands-on approach to deliver highly available and scalable services.
  • Manage people, including active engagement, staffing, talent management, career aspirations, mentoring, and enhancing skills of team members.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of experience in software product development with a focus on developing cloud services and solutions.
  • Proven track record of building a culture of design excellence and communicating vision and strategy effectively to the team, partners, and clients.
  • Strong advocate for Agile development processes and experience implementing well-run, agile processes in multiple functions.
  • Foster a robust, unified team atmosphere by empowering the development team to engage in efficient, smooth cross-collaboration dynamics for optimized productivity.
