B2B SaaS Marketing Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned field marketing expert to drive pipeline growth and accelerate market adoption for SPREAD GmbH, a high-growth B2B SaaS company in Berlin.
About the JobThis role is critical to building connections with our target audience through events while maintaining a strong focus on brand development and revenue generation. As a Field & Events Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive global field marketing strategy that drives brand strength, pipeline growth, enhances customer engagement, and delivers measurable business impact.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic global field marketing plans that align with our sales objectives and drive pipeline growth;
- Collaborating closely with Sales to develop strategies for converting leads into opportunities and customers into champions;
- Defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of field marketing activities;
- Creating and implementing customer champion programs to foster strong relationships and drive advocacy;
- Designing and hosting high-impact events including webinars, roundtables, customer dinners, networking events, and in-person demos;
- Building and nurturing a strong brand community through events and social engagement;
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to inform field marketing initiatives;
- Overseeing merchandise and marketing materials management for all field activities;
- Identifying and securing speaking or exhibition opportunities at industry conferences, managing the entire speaker/exhibition process end-to-end;
- Managing relationships with external vendors and partners for event logistics, booth management, and merchandise.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on your experience, as well as 30 days paid vacation, flexible work schedule, and many other perks.
