Sales and Business Development Manager

At Exyte, we're driven by a shared vision of innovation and excellence. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our future in high-tech markets like semiconductors, batteries, and data centers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of corrosive exhaust systems in the Coated Metal Business Unit portfolio, developing customer relationships and providing technical support.
- Strategically plan the expansion of our product portfolio, analyzing market trends and competition.
- Represent Exyte at trade fairs and congresses, fostering connections with customers and industry partners.
- Manage key accounts and geographic regions, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Contribute to marketing materials, showcasing your expertise and passion for our products.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets, driving business growth and success.
- Maintain close ties with our manufacturing site in the Czech Republic, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Your Qualifications
- Academic degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent.
- Expert-level experience in sales and business development, preferably in the high-tech industry.
- Proven track record of success in selling manufactured products into the construction industry.
- Experience working in a matrix organization, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced skills in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Relevant experience in selling products that require technical explanation, with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Sales personality with a strong customer and service orientation, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
