Position Overview
We are looking for a Global Commodity Leader (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global teams (minimum of 2) comprising members from various Advantest business units and R&D divisions.
- Responsible for guiding the team in the development and execution of a comprehensive global strategy for assigned commodity areas.
- Drive exceptional outcomes in quality, delivery, total cost, and working capital enhancements.
- Oversee business procurement initiatives to secure tangible results.
- Identify and address gaps and development needs within the global supply chain.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members in the commodity sector.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering (preferably in Electronics).
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in global commodity management within the semiconductor or a related industry.
- Expertise in developing and implementing cross-business sourcing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance and implement sourcing and supply chain processes and tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
