Job Overview

Sanmina is seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer PCB to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and driving demand for our PCB solutions, leveraging our technical capabilities and NPI service resources to deliver value to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive demand for Sanmina's PCB solutions, working closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support and guidance to customers, including on-site support for quality plan definition and quality planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer engineers and technical management, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PCB technologies and market trends, identifying opportunities to leverage Sanmina's expertise and resources to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Your Profile

  • BA or BS qualified in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  • 7+ years of experience in field sales or a similar technical/quality function, with a strong understanding of PCB/Backplane technologies.
  • Proven track record of success in high-tech, automotive, industrial, medical, and aviation industries.
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
