Job Overview

Sanmina is seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer PCB to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and driving demand for our PCB services and solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer engineers and technical management to understand their needs and provide comprehensive technical support and guidance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop customer strategies and drive design wins, maximum margins, and market share.
  • Provide on-site customer support for quality plan definition and quality planning, as well as non-conformance support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PCB technologies and market trends to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or computer science.
  • At least 7 years of experience in field sales or a similar technical/quality function in the PCB industry.
  • Proven track record of success in high-tech, automotive, industrial, medical, and aviation industries.
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle pressure.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of sales activities, sales cycle, and techniques.
