About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Simon-Kucher. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and executing customer success plans, enabling our clients to achieve success with our software and providing insights on tool usage and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead workshops and strategic sessions with clients to enhance and optimize their application usage.
  • Conduct regular user trainings on new releases for our customers.
  • Oversee proof of value projects and implementation projects, ensuring that client needs are thoroughly met.
  • Analyze performance indicators and systematically collect customer feedback to execute proactive solutions that improve KPIs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales Teams by conducting discovery meetings and client demos, identifying the right product fit, and ensuring contract renewals in collaboration with Sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • One to three years of professional experience in IT consulting.
  • Well-founded experience in the field of Customer Success or Professional Services for software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically with clients, consultants, and product experts.
  • Skilled in project management, enabling efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Fluent in English and German.
