About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Channel Manager to join our team at EagleBurgmann. As a Sales Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our distributor relationships across the western hemisphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, providing technical support, data, and sales reports
  • Identify and capitalize on sales trends and opportunities to improve sales strategies
  • Support with troubleshooting customer orders and accounts, and provide knowledge on contractual topics, risk evaluation, and export control
  • Collaborate with the EagleBurgmann Sales Headquarter and Senior Sales Director to drive sales growth and improve sales performance

Requirements

  • University degree in sales and distribution, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales-related position, with distributor experience preferred
  • Profound technical and product knowledge, as well as technical sealing expertise
  • Proficiency in machinery and processes, and basic business administration knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Leadership skills, with a strong hands-on mentality and strategic thinking
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural environment, with a willingness to travel internationally
