Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer inquiries and provide technical and commercial support
  • Clarify technical specifications and provide solutions to customers
  • Prepare and follow up on technical offers and proposals
  • Select and recommend products to meet customer needs
  • Determine delivery dates and payment terms
  • Calculate prices and ensure accurate billing
  • Dispatch digital documents and maintain customer and material master data
  • Provide customer support through phone and email
  • Process tenders and collaborate with the sales force to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Technical knowledge in sealing and application technology is an asset
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive, independent, and structured work style
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
