About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Channel Manager to join our team at EagleBurgmann. As a Sales Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our distributor relationships across the western hemisphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, providing technical support, data, and sales reports
- Identify and capitalize on sales trends and opportunities to improve sales strategies
- Support with troubleshooting problems and provide knowledge on contractual topics, risk evaluation, and export control
- Collaborate with the EagleBurgmann Sales Headquarter and Senior Sales Director to drive sales growth and improve sales performance
Requirements
- University degree in sales and distribution, industrial engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales-related position, with distributor experience preferred
- Profound basic technical and product knowledge, as well as technical sealing know-how
- Proficiency in machinery and processes, and basic business administration knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction
- Leadership skills, with a strong hand-on mentality, strategic thinking, and analytical ability
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment, with a willingness to travel internationally
