Business Manager (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Business Manager, der unsere Kunden bei der Digitalisierung unterstützt und unsere Wachstumsziele vorantreibt.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Personalisierte und digitale Kundentermine durchführen
  • Kundenstamm auf- und ausbauen durch Networking und aktive Akquise
  • Kundenorientierung: Kunden beraten und betreuen in Terminen zu unserem Leistungsportfolio oder projektbezogenen Fragestellungen
  • Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen mit Kunden führen
  • Fokus auf den Vertrieb: Recruiting-Team übernimmt die Suche nach passenden Experten für IT-Vakanzen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Vertriebserfahrung in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche
  • IT-Knowhow und Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
