Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions tailored to meet evolving business demands and compliance standards.
  • Independently execute advanced Workday Business Processes and Functional configurations to fulfill business needs while developing HRIS procedures and design documentation.
  • Oversee the creation, development, and upkeep of related reports/dashboards and data management strategies.
  • Serve as a bridge between HR and other departments to ensure cohesive alignment of HR Technology solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and HR Technology team members to gather requirements, perform in-depth analysis, design, configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM solutions across various functional areas.
  • Engage in the biannual Workday release cycle activities, including regression testing, planning for relevant functionality enhancements, and addressing change management needs.
  • Lead initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity, addressing any discrepancies through a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Provide specialized insights for relevant EIB data uploads.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for utilizing Workday to enhance processes and procedures, while offering training and support to users for effective utilization of Workday.
  • Deliver ongoing knowledge transfer, training, and support to cross-functional team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated expertise in deploying Absence and Time Tracking modules within Workday.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal relationship abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, capability to manage complex projects, and influence organizational change.
