Job Description

As a Structural Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our eVTOL aircraft. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and conducting various tests on the aircraft's structures and components, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and execute structural tests to validate the performance and safety of aerospace components and systems
  • Develop test plans, procedures, and protocols for both static and dynamic structural tests, ensuring they align with project objectives and industry standards
  • Identify and document test results and deviations, and develop recommendations for improvements
  • Set up, configure, and validate test equipment before each test execution
  • Analyze test data to assess the structural performance, stress, and stiffness of components
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field, with a focus on aerospace engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in systems test benches or laboratories, with a focus on aircraft systems
  • 3+ years of experience in requirements engineering
  • Familiarity with CAD tools such as NX
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
