We are in search of a Project Manager for Electronics and Software Development to join our team at the Oberkochen location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical sub-projects within the development phase
- Manage budgets and track expenditures
- Build and sustain a network of service providers
- Handle subcontracting processes both internally and externally
- Supervise external development services and coordinate reviews
- Manage timelines, schedules, and costs effectively
- Assist in internal project evaluations
- Align development activities with Procurement, Quality, Production, Documentation, and Logistics teams
- Prepare for and engage in customer acceptance testing and trials
- Collaborate with internal electronics and software development teams as well as relevant system development units
Qualifications:
- Degree in a technical discipline, ideally in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Project management certification is a plus
- Extensive experience in project management, preferably in agile settings or development initiatives
- Familiarity with national and international subcontractors
- Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and adept at problem-solving
- Exceptional communication skills and a persuasive presence
- Responsible, team-oriented, and inspiring
- Fluent in both German and English
