Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate the Sephora brand across various social media channels throughout Europe.
  • Formulate and implement tailored social media strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Conduct thorough research on platforms to uncover trends and audience interests.
  • Track, assess, and refine performance metrics to meet growth objectives.
  • Transform data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Produce captivating social media content while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand coherence.
  • Interact with followers, address inquiries, and oversee customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and social media marketing.
  • Proven track record in expanding and maintaining social media audiences.
  • Expertise in platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Business Center, and social listening tools.
  • Fluency in both German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
