We are currently seeking a Campus Coordinator for our office in Düsseldorf. This role can be performed with a commitment of 32 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities- Be the face of our campus: Welcome and assist our team members, students, visitors, and service providers.
- Campus Development: Implement creative ideas to ensure our office is a welcoming and comfortable space for everyone.
- Office Management: Ensure smooth office operations, including the management of office supplies, IT infrastructure, and mail processing.
- Expansion and Administration: Oversee and manage lease agreements and assist in the selection of new office spaces when necessary.
- Event Coordination: Organize internal events and team-building activities to enhance camaraderie.
- Ideally, you have experience in office management, project assistance, or team support.
- Your clear and persuasive communication fosters genuine collaboration.
- You possess an eye for detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Your warm and dedicated personality contributes to a supportive and positive environment.
