Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at Ingersoll Rand. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic product development and launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

  • Develop and implement product portfolio strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Lead product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

Pricing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with product positioning and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze selling price trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences.

Business Support:

  • Provide technical support to sales teams and customers to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business opportunities.

Marketing Activities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote new products and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • English language proficiency.
