Human Resources Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Human Resources Operations Coordinator to join our team at Central Parking.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our HR operations, reporting directly to the Head of People Operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing personnel administration, payroll management, and HR coordination on a global scale. You will focus on managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and optimizing processes to support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Employee Lifecycle: Handle onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and benefits administration. Maintain HRIS: Keep our HRIS and related records up to date. Process Optimization: Continuously improve and formalize HR processes to support scaling. Project Support: Assist in mergers/acquisitions and tool optimization projects. Employee Support: Act as a key contact for employees, ensuring effective communication and support. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll with our outsourced service provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance. International Hiring: Establish procedures for hiring foreign employees, including work and residence permits. HR Reporting: Prepare social dashboards to monitor metrics like headcount, absenteeism, and gender equality. Legal Compliance: Stay updated on legal obligations and regulatory requirements related to personnel management.

Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in HR management Experience in people operations, preferably in a scale-up and international environment Proficiency in German & English is a must, French is a plus Autonomous work style & strong analytical skills Tech-savvy with a knack for optimizing processes Familiarity with HR tools Knowledge of labor regulations and legal obligations related to personnel management
