Position Overview:
Establish and nurture high-quality relationships with both new and existing clients.
Enhance and solidify connections with clients to uncover consulting prospects.
Negotiate pricing structures with clients.
Oversee presales strategy and post-sales implementation.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to pinpoint ideal candidate alignments.
Supervise consultants throughout their assignments with Oxford.
Document client details and all communication records in the database.
Business development: Initiate outbound lead generation campaigns by profiling and researching potential clients to expand your client database.
Conduct outbound calls and prospecting initiatives to generate and cultivate leads while developing your client base.
Required Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both German and English.
Self-driven, energetic personality.
Competitive, goal-oriented approach to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a rapidly evolving sales context is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
