About the Role

The SCM Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring accurate forecasting, and overseeing the order fulfillment process. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between the company and its major customers, collecting and verifying forecasts, and managing customer orders from order placement through to delivery.
