Job Description

As a Group Head Client Service at OMD, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated communication strategies for our client Mercedes-Benz. You will work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated communication strategies for Mercedes-Benz
  • Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Lead and manage a team of client service specialists
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting to the client

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in media planning or marketing, with a focus on client service
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media, as well as media planning tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
