We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving rapid new business sales growth and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
    • Recruit, coach, and mentor sales executives to drive excellence and achieve sales targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
    • Build and drive sales strategies for the region in conjunction with sales operations to effectively go-to-market.
    • Understand the competitive landscape, presence, and strength within the region.
  • Drive Revenue Growth
    • Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development to drive revenue growth.
    • Support and assist field sales teams in closing opportunities.
  • Manage and Report Sales Performance
    • Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business.
    • Achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Engage with Customers and Stakeholders
    • Engage and align effectively in C-level meetings to understand customer business requirements.
    • Build effective working relationships with solution consulting, business units, professional services, marketing, our partner community, and the ServiceNow executive team.
Requirements
  • Extensive Sales Experience
    • Extensive track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C-level.
  • Leadership and Management Skills
    • Strong success in recruiting, coaching, and managing an exceptional sales team.
  • Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills
    • Strong strategic thinking, including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Business Acumen and Financial Knowledge
    • Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen.
  • Fluency in German and English
