Rollout Manager Source to Pay

Purpose of the Position

As a key member of the Intersnack Group, the Rollout Manager Source to Pay will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of the ONE template across all countries and organizations within the group. This position requires a strong leader who can facilitate change and ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.

The Rollout Manager Source to Pay will be responsible for leading and delivering the implementation work in the area of Source to Pay across the Intersnack Group. This includes driving the ONE template implementation across the group in line with the overall roll-out plan, supporting local implementation teams, and ensuring timely go-live dates.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading international template build and rollout projects, as well as experience in business transformation and change management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multi-country organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and deliver the implementation work in the area of Source to Pay across the Intersnack Group.
  2. Drive the ONE template implementation across the group in line with the overall roll-out plan.
  3. Support local implementation teams to ensure timely go-live dates.
  4. Facilitate change and ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Group Process Owners and local representatives.
  6. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of the ONE template.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A university degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
  • Approximately 5-8 years of work experience in IT or consulting, with a focus on quality-related topics.
  • Proven experience in leading international template build and rollout projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in business transformation and change management.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with any additional language skills considered a plus.
