Roll-out Manager Source to Pay

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Roll-out Manager Source to Pay to drive the implementation of Intersnack's ONE template across all countries and organisations of the Intersnack Group.
The successful candidate will lead and deliver the implementation work in the area of Source to Pay, supporting local teams to transition from their current ways of working and organisational setup into the future common way of working and the resulting organisational setup in the purchasing area.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the ONE template implementation across the group in line with the overall roll-out plan
- Support the local implementation of the ONE template, leading and driving the delivery of harmonisation activities applying the template's standards
- Support and enable local teams to transition to the live environment, quickly flagging and resolving local issues
- Document all work to project defined standards within standard document templates
Requirements
- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business Administration
- Approx. 5 to 8 years work experience in IT or (In house) Consulting
- Proven experience in international template build and rollout projects for or in quality related topics
- Leadership of projects / project teams consisting of internal resources and / or consultants
