Our experts develop IT solutions for global deployment within ALDI SÜD through cross-border projects.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to take on the role of AIOps Solution Architect, who will drive the development and implementation of our AIOps strategy for our service organization. In this pivotal position, you will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Service Managers, and Service Owners to design and implement innovative and efficient AIOps solutions. Your contributions will be crucial in optimizing our service processes and elevating them through the use of automation technologies.



Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Designing and implementing AIOps strategies and solutions that cater to the specific needs of our service organization, particularly at the intersection of Event Management, Service Requests, and Incidents.
  • Working closely with Service Owners, Service Managers, and Business Analysts to ensure a deep understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Analyzing service data to identify trends and develop proactive solutions aimed at enhancing service quality and efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluating new technologies and methodologies in the AIOps domain and integrating them into our existing processes.


Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Several years of experience in automating ITIL processes.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge in process mining and data analysis.
  • Experience collaborating within international teams.
  • A high degree of independence and accountability in their work.
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
  • Organizational talent and a hands-on mentality.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • An understanding of AI and Machine Learning.
  • Experience with monitoring tools.
  • Background in the retail sector.
  • Knowledge of ITIL.
  • Experience in software testing.
