In länderübergreifenden Projekten entwickeln unsere Expert:innen IT-Lösungen für den weltweiten Einsatz bei ALDI SÜD.
Deine AufgabenWofür du dein Bestes gibst.
- Leitung der Konzeption und Entwicklung skalierbarer und stabiler Verwaltungs- und Personalarchitekturen zur Sicherstellung der Integrität des globalen ALDI Templates in einer modernen SAP-Anwendungslandschaft
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen und nationalen Expert:innen der IT-Abteilungen sowie Expert:innen des Architektennetzwerks (Enterprise/Domain/Solution Archtitects), um eine nahtlose Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit zu gewährleisten
- Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um Möglichkeiten zur Automatisierung, Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung von Finanzvorgängen zu ermitteln und so die Effizienz und Genauigkeit zu steigern
- Vorantreiben von Initiativen und Projekten zur digitalen Transformation im HR-Bereich, Nutzung neuer Technologien und Best Practices zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Verbesserung von Geschäftsergebnissen
- Mentoring und Anleitung von Nachwuchsarchitekt:innen, Förderung ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung und ihres Wachstums innerhalb der Organisation
Was du mitbringen solltest.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Bereich Softwarearchitektur, einschließlich der Konzeption und Entwicklung gebündelter/integrierter Geschäftsanwendungen
- Umfassende Erfahrung in der Entwicklung/Bewertung von technischen Lösungen in Bezug auf architekturelle Rahmenwerke (z. B. TOGAF)
- Ausgeprägte analytische, Problemlösungs- und Konzeptionsfähigkeiten mit nachgewiesener Fähigkeit zur Umsetzung komplexer Geschäftsanforderungen in praktische Architekturentwürfe
- Umfassende Erfahrung mit den HR/HCM-Lösungen von SAP
- Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, mit Stakeholdern verschiedener Hierarchieebenen effektiv zusammenzuarbeiten
- Bereitschaft zum kontinuierlichen Lernen, um hinsichtlich Branchenentwicklungen und Zertifizierungen auf dem aktuellsten Stand zu bleiben und damit Innovation und Expertise in diesem Bereich zu fördern
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
