Our experts develop IT solutions for cross-border projects, tailored for global deployment within ALDI SÜD.



Key Responsibilities

Your contributions will include:

  • Delivering Level 3 support, event management, and incident management for Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Promoting security awareness and implementing best practices.
  • Monitoring system stability, availability, and performance.
  • Overseeing interfaces, including data flow, quality, and completeness.
  • Reporting on system and support-related KPIs, such as system availability and resolution times.
  • Documenting operational processes.
  • Coordinating and training Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
  • Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, architects, and partners.
  • Engaging with intercultural stakeholders effectively.


Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A degree or vocational training with a focus on information technology.
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • A proactive, well-organized work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
  • A data-driven approach, persuasive communication skills, and intercultural competence.
  • The ability to independently manage and resolve incoming incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and document errors.
  • Excellent English language skills (C1-2 level).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge and experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Fundamental understanding of software development and the ITIL framework.
  • Familiarity with common interface/data exchange technologies (REST API, SOAP).
