Teleperformance Greece partners with a leading Mobile Banking service, assisting users in managing their finances seamlessly, monitoring expenditures, and saving money in real-time.

We are in search of a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German to assist our German-speaking clientele.

As a vital member of the Customer Service team, you will represent the bank to the German-speaking audience, ensuring a superior customer experience. Your role extends beyond basic support; you will also play a crucial part in fraud prevention, data protection, and customer security.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers through phone, chat, and email communications
  • Implement measures to prevent fraud and ensure data security
  • Act as a representative of our client
  • Monitor and resolve cases efficiently and promptly
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Foster and uphold strong, professional relationships with all stakeholders, demonstrating empathy at all times
  • Work towards achieving targets as outlined in client agreements and internal objectives
Your Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Technical proficiency, with experience in CRM tools preferred
  • Capability to perform under pressure and manage challenging situations
  • Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and dependability are crucial for success in this position
  • Must possess EU citizenship, an EU passport, or a valid work permit for Greece
  • Willingness to relocate or be a local candidate
